Eileen Berkery is one of Mulcair’s bookkeepers and is vital to keeping the accounts in order. Originally from Tipperary, Eileen lives on a dairy and suckler farm in Cappamore. In her spare time Eileen enjoys walking and baking, as well as supporting the local camogie team, whom her girls play for.
